The Fairvest property portfolio consists of 141 properties split between retail, office and industrial properties across South Africa, with 1 149 170m² of gross lettable area (“GLA”) (held directly and through subsidiaries) valued at R11.8 billion.

Fairvest hold a 61.0% interest in its subsidiary, Indluplace Properties Limited (“Indluplace”), which owns a portfolio of residential properties. In addition, Fairvest held an 8.6% interest in Dipula Income Fund Limited.
