The Fairvest property portfolio consists of 42
properties across South Africa, with
243 030m2 of gross lettable area (“GLA”) and valued at R3.16 billion.
The portfolio is predominantly focused in the retail sector (95%), with selective exposure to office properties (5%). Fairvest is well diversified across the main provinces of South Africa, with a regional income split of KwaZulu-Natal (24%), Western Cape (18%), Gauteng (24%), Free State (11%), Northern Cape (9%), Limpopo (5%), Eastern Cape (6%) and Mpumalanga (2%).
